5. Earthquake / Tsunami In case of an earthquake or a tsunami, the driver should order instant evacuation and guide the children to the nearest and safest shelter possible. 6. Child Abuse In case of child abuse on board the bus attendant must inform the transport manager as well as immediately report to the Transport Manager and to the local authorities in order to safeguard the victim as well as other children. 7. Bullying If there is a case of bullying on board, the bus driver or bus attendant must report the same to the transport manager and the transport manager will inform the school authorities for further action. 8. Disruptive / Aggressive Person If there is a disruptive or aggressive passenger on board the bus attendant should inform the bus driver and must immediately disembark such a passenger the bus, report to the transport manager and secure the children on board. 9. Fight In case of a fight on the bus the bus attendant must try to solve the fight if possible or else inform the bus driver to take a decision whether to vacate the bus or no. 10. Bomb / Explosive Device If the bus attendant finds something suspicious on the bus, for the safety of all the passenger the bus must be evacuated immediately, and the local authorities must be notified for further action. 11. Upon directions of the Local Authorities In any circumstances if the local authorities such as the Police, Civil Defence, etc direct to evacuate the bus, in such case the driver and bus attendant must immediately start the evacuation procedures and vacate the bus as soon as possible. 7.
