Ø House points are also alloted to the Houses for collec�on of Newspapers, Cans etc. for promo�ng the Environmental Drive and Collec�on of Food stuffs/Sta�onery /Clothes for Charity. HOW THE TALLY IS DONE: Ø A House Point can be given to an individual or to a group. When awarding a House Point, the member of staff will enter the points onto ERP -School MIS and state/ iden�fy the reason for awarding the house point, in order to validate it. Only 5 House Points will be awarded at a �me. This is so that the merit system retains value. Ø If an effort or an achievement is of such a high standard that it is deserving of more than 5 House points, the pupil will be referred to the HOY or KSH. This will achieve two outcomes: i)It gives the HOY/KSH the opportunity to see evidence of high achievement and to further praise the pupil. ii) The HOY and KSH to ensure that the house points are entered on the ERP. Ø The House board will be updated fortnightly. Ø The House with the most points at the end of the academic year wins the HOUSE CUP .
