FIELD TRIP POLICY Parents’ permission is mandatory to allow the child to go on the trip. Children should come in school uniform only.

Students should come to school on the day of the trip and will return to school at the end of the trip. No child is allowed to come directly to the venue of the trip from home or leave for home, directly from the venue. Parents need to collect the students within half-an- hour a�er return, a�er which no supervision will be provided. Parents should inform in writen if any food is not allowed to be given to their children. Students should follow the instruc�ons of the teacher responsible for them. Teachers must be respected and their instruc�ons strictly followed. FITNESS PROGRAMME The medical team calculates the BMI for all students and the overweight children are put on a fitness programme under the supervision of the Physical Educa�on teachers. Parents should encourage students to atend this programme.
