KEY PERSONNEL Student Representa�ves Ac�vity Coordinators – Primary & Secondary Head of Primary and Secondary Vice Principal Principal RESPONSIBILITIES: Community Outreach Coordinator –Overall responsibility in organising/administering the Community Outreach Programme and finally preparing the yearly report of the programme at school. Vice Principal/Principal – Overall responsibility of the outreach ac�vi�es to whom the Community Outreach Coordinators report. Student Council Representa�ves have a responsibility to: -  Promote/publicise the ac�vi�es of the programme  Help with volunteer arrangements and reports  Ini�ate new ideas on approval of the SMT  Atend mee�ngs when necessary Proceeds of the Charity Local Chari�es (supported by Red Crescent) in need will be iden�fied by the Community Outreach Coordinator and suggested to the Vice Principal / Principal. The Principal then takes the final decision a�er consulta�on with the Management.
