When an allegation of misconduct arises, the school administration initiates an investigation to gather relevant facts and determine whether the concern is substantiated. • This investigation typically involves interviews with the person making the allegation, the accused • individual, and any witnesses, alongside a review of relevant documentation or evidence. Throughout the process, confidentiality is maintained to protect all parties involved.
