Parent Relation Officer
To inform the parents regarding the situation and the action plan initiated. Bring the class attendance sheets. Supervise students during evacuation. Leave the building and report to the predetermined assembly point (in case of evacuation) Familiarise themselves with the school procedures for emergencies.

5. COMMUNICATION & TRAINING:
The plan will be communicated to all employees within the school, via the principal. The plan will be accessible to all employees through the school policy handbook. The plan should be revised on an annual basis and on an ad hoc basis if any update/ modifications is required. Additional modifications/ updates may also be communicated. All staff/ teachers will be expected to participate in any emergency scenario exercises or drills conducted as per the schedule provided by the school. A copy of the Emergency Response Plan will be available and accessible to all employees.
