Assess the nature of emergency and initiate suitable actions to control the emergency suitably and activate the emergency response plan. To closely monitor the situation and the asses the action plan. To take crucial decisions with regards to the situation. To reach the emergency site immediately and provide initial medical assistance. To timely check all the medical equipment’s and first aid kits. To inform the principal in case any person needs further medical assistance or to be taken to the hospital. To ensure all the measures are taken to protect the health and safety of the children as well as the staff. To carry random inspections or drills for keeping a tract of all the safety measures. To provide for all required facilities such as transport, etc in order to help the children and staff to be safe. Sanitize the school premises and use all preventive measures to stop any infection. To secure the entry and exit points. To allow all the emergency services to enter in the campus. To close the gates in case of any riots, shootouts, etc.
