PURPOSE: The Al Diyafah High School safer recruitment policy is an essen�al element in crea�ng and maintaining a safe and suppor�ve environment for all students, staff, and others within the community and aims to ensure both safe and fair recruitment and selec�on of all staff. The aim of the Safer Recruitment policy is to help deter, reject, or iden�fy people who might abuse children or are otherwise unsuited to working with them by having appropriate procedures for appoin�ng staff.
