sta ff member leaves the school within 1 year of the program, he/she will be required to reimburse the full amount sponsored by school, if he/she leaves between 1-2 years after the program, he/she will be required to reimburse 30% of the sponsored amount, if he/she leaves between 2-3 years after the program, he/she will be required to reimburse 20% of the sponsored amount. Sta ff members interested in attending training programmes/workshops/conferences to enhance their professional development, must apply for the same through the relevant Line Manager. The Line Manager will in turn recommend sta ff member s for iden�fied training/workshops. Staff Welfare INSURANCE POLICY: • Group Life & Personal Accident Policy: All staff on school payroll will be covered by the Group Life and Personal Accident Policy. Group Life: This covers all employees in case of death or disability. Personal Accident: This policy is to take care of you in case you meet with an accident while on school duty. The procedure to claim this cover is: If in case you meet with an accident and you need to take immediate medical help please inform the School Clinic. You will then be guided on submission of the bills for medical expenses. The insurance company will reimburse the amount later. Terms and Condi�ons will apply. • Medical Insurance Policy: Staff sponsored by School will be covered by the medical insurance policy. The general excep�ons of coverage for medical treatment should be checked with the customer care of the concerned insurance provider before proceeding with the treatment. The customer care number is normally available as a ready reference on the medical insurance card
