Every school ac�vity should be an opportunity for learning. Prepara�on, planning and delivering lessons • Lessons will usually take the form of a three-part lesson, unless the teacher decides that another approach is more effec�ve in par�cular instances. • The teacher should have clearly iden�fied students needing extra support for special needs or for interven�on. • The teacher should work in partnership with Teaching and Learning Support Assistants if they offer regular support in class, planning together as appropriate, and direc�ng the support to have maximum impact on the learning of students. 1. Introduc�on and starter ac�vity • The lesson is introduced clearly, sharing the intended Learning Objec�ve and Success Criteria. • These will be clearly displayed on the board at the start of the lesson.
