Head of Inclusion and Key stage leaders are informed of students accessing the counselling services without reasons or contents of session. If required, a general update regarding session progress may be given. Level 2 Based on the risk level of the student who may or may not pose a threat in the future, a brief narra�ve of the student is provided to the Head of Inclusion and Vice Principal using the school counsellor’s discre�on. Here the students who have a poten�al underlying mental health condi�on such as Anxiety, Depression and other clinical condi�ons are monitored. Level 3 Principal, Vice Principal and Head of Inclusion are addressed when there is any case arising of trauma, self- harm, suicidal idea�on, child abuse, ea�ng disorder or any other serious emo�onal concerns. Parents are briefed in a mee�ng and the student con cerned is referred to other external support services or mental health professionals. Follow up and contact with the external professional is maintained by the counsellor to provide a suppor�ve environment for the student in a school se�ng.
